This 30,400 square-foot administrative office and warehouse building is the new corporate headquarters for BDI Pharma. This design-build project with Hood Construction is comprised of a 12,500 square-foot warehouse and a 17,900 square-foot, two-story office building that serves this growing company. The building integrates and accentuates the vital interaction between the office staff and the warehouse staff with a two-story circulation spine with continuous clerestory windows that enliven the space with daylight. Other architectural features include a radiused two-story entry lobby and an open grand stair.
