Century 21

Located on St. Andrews Road in the heart of Irmo, a suburb of Columbia, the 14,000 sf two-story office building was constructed for Bob Capes Realtors as their new corporate headquarters.  Expansive storefront glazing combined with interior sidelites maximize the influx of natural light into the building core. Various bullpen areas provide flexibility within an open-office environment. In addition, a large meeting room on the ground level offers access for community events. The project anchors a new four-acre master-planned development including additional office, retail, and commercial components.
