J’s Corner

Located next to Williams Brice Stadium, the historic gas station once known as Jaco’s Bar has been renovated to house a gameday bar. Renovation also included new construction of a 5,000 square foot restaurant and bar adjacent to the historic gas station building. Design of the new main building points to the neighboring original building, employing brick columns and a gable roof reminiscent of the old gas station. The historic building holds 32 people at full capacity, while the new building can hold up to 160. Site improvements include a large paved area, paving stones and grass, tables and chairs, cocktail tables made of barrels, and a TV tower. Improved outdoor spaces also provide indoor and outdoor bathrooms, ample parking, and an area for cornhole.
