Lexington Baptist Church’s growing children’s and youth activities programs necessitated a new facility adjacent to the existing Church campus. The new 29,000 square-foot Family Life Center design combines classrooms, gathering spaces and a tiered meeting room for youth, with a new 10,000 square-foot gymnasium, aerobics room, weight training room, and warming kitchen that serves the overall Church membership. The associated site development allows for additional parking for the Church campus. The openness, color selections, and abundant natural daylight provide an interior that is welcoming and fun for the youth and Church members that will utilize the new facility.
